It's time once again for Reflections, the national PTA-sponsored program for the creative arts. This year's theme is "I Cam Make A Difference By... ". Students can enter works of art--inspired by the theme--in six categories (click on any category for rules):
The BCS entry deadline is Wednesday, December 19, 2007. Detailed rules and entry forms are available online, or in the office or from students' homeroom teachers. Judges will select entries (four from each category) to be forwarded to the state competition. State winners attend a special Reflections award ceremony and may even have their entries sent to the national competition.
Every BCS student who enters will have their work displayed in a special Reflections Art Show and will be invited to a pizza party.
Let's get working on some creative Reflections entries! Our students have so much talent and creativity--this is a wonderful opportunity for them to express themselves through their creative works. |
