  • The Scholastic Book Fair is coming to BCS from May 27-30. Check the Book Fair website for sale hours and volunteer information

  • Family Fiesta Night is Thursday, May 29th from 4:30 -7:30 PM. Join the BCS community for an evening of food, fun and even shop the book fair during our special evening hours! Look for more information next month.

  • WE NEED YOU on May 9th...Make Your Student Proud... The BCS Proud Dads is planning to host a Career day on Friday, May 9th from 12:30-3:15 PM to expose students to a variety of future career path opportunities as well as express the importance, value and need of all honorable work. Please complete this form by Thursday, April 3rd and help us make this event a great one!

    We need Dads, Moms, Guardians, and other significant adult loved ones to participate to make this Career Day a reality for our students. Please complete and submit the following survey by April 3rd: http://goo.gl/OXfYrd. We thank you in advance for helping us make this happen!

  • Quarter IV Choice Hour - Due March 31, 4pm
    Choice Hour Selection Sheets went home on Friday. Please click here for additional Selection Sheets and Course Descriptions. Selection Sheets are due back in the office by 4pm on Monday, March 31. Students with forms turned in after this will not be eligible for inclusion in classes that require a lottery.

  • Volunteer Opportunties - There are lots of ways to volunteer at BCS. Check out the Get Involved link under PTSA above and it's not too soon to sign up to help out at the Alumni Breakfast, New Family Breakfast, Open House or Move Up Day.

  • Bagel Tuesday is back! Starting September 24 bagels will be sold in the front of the Media Center before school. Send in the flier and money for the year and don't worry about having to remember $1.25 every Tuesday. Bagels are nut free and cream cheese is included.

  • Is your family missing from the BCS Directory?? We are missing many new students. If you have not entered your information, click here.

    If you would like to check your entry, send an email to directory@bcsonline.info with your student's name and grade and our directory volunteers will let you know!

  • Did you know? Every student in our school has to have their parent or guardian read the first two pages of the "Concussion Awareness Educational Material," complete the third page with the student's name and parent/guardian signature, and return the signed form back to the BCS office where it will be placed in the student's file per direction from the state.   • BCS has been selected by Microsoft as one of 80 outstanding Mentor Schools from around the world! Our application, video and other documents clearly showed our school’s passion for and efforts toward innovative teaching and learning.   • The 2013 Elementary Science Olympiad teams took first and eighth places at the district competition. Get all the details here.

... NAN’S KIDS - No student is ever excluded from an activity at BCS for financial reasons. We have a fund at BCS called Nan’s Kids to assist families. Please let administration know if you have a student who needs this assistance. All information is kept confidential.
